Refund Policy

All our digital vouchers ("Digital Voucher/Vouchers") are electronic codes that cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once purchased and delivered to you or the designated recipient. Therefore, please ensure you select the correct product, with the correct store country, currency, and payment method before completing your purchase.


1. Eligible Refund Cases:

Refund requests are only accepted in the following cases:

  • If Kascards.com fails to deliver a valid digital voucher that was ordered to the customer's registered account and/or registered email address, due to an error or fault from Kascards.com.
  • In such cases, the refund will be processed either through the original payment method used for the purchase or as credit to your account on the website, as deemed appropriate by Kascards.com and in coordination with you.

2. Delivery Time:

  • Digital vouchers will be delivered to the customer’s account within 24 hours after successful payment.
  • If you do not receive your purchased digital vouchers within 24 hours of successful payment, you must submit a complaint through our website or in-app chat.
  • Failure to submit a complaint within this timeframe will be considered as successful delivery of the digital voucher, and you will no longer be eligible for redelivery or refund.

Before filing a complaint with your credit/debit card issuer or payment service provider, please contact our customer support team via our website or in-app chat. We are committed to assisting you and resolving any issues promptly.


4. Additional Information:

  • All approved refunds will be processed within a specific period depending on the policies of the payment provider.
  • Kascards.com is not responsible for any delays caused by payment service providers or banks.
